Knowledge, passion, purpose. Vered Haiun understands the human body's form and function and consequently it's fitness and nutritional needs more than any trainer I've met. More importantly she understands the human heart, and uses this wisdom in working with her clients. She cares about the results just as much you do and she will show you how to notice how far you have come as you work with her. She's not just there to fix you, but committed to educating and empowering you through sharing her knowledge.
My journey with Vered started in October of 2010 when I decided I needed and wanted to get back into shape. Living on my own ain’t easy. So trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle was hard. I attended my very first Zumba class not knowing what I was getting myself into. I was a little nervous but with Vered’s big welcoming smile, she put my nerves at ease. Not long after that, I started taking her class three times a week. You can say I was hooked!
February 2012, I decided to start training with Vered. I had four weddings this year and two of which I was a bridesmaid. So I wanted to look and feel amazing! Weeks and weeks went by and I started seeing amazing results. Vered continuously pushed me and encouraged me even when I felt I couldn’t do anymore. She has the amazing ability to know what we are all capable of when we don’t. From that point on I can honestly say that our relationship started to blossom. She had become more than just a trainer, but a friend too!
A few months ago I had a little health scare. But Vered came to the rescue with tons of positivity (as usual) to help me get through this. She did a little research and helped me find ways to incorporate different foods to help with my colon. She was and still is on my case and scolds me when I do something I shouldn’t. I try not to tell her when I do slip because I know I won’t hear the end of it! Like a true mom! Now, who can honestly say they have heard of any trainers going out of their way to help their clients outside of the gym? I certainly haven’t! Vered has gone above and beyond her job description for me. All because she wants to of course, but nonetheless I’m so grateful and appreciative!
I have lost a total of 50 pounds pretty much since I’ve started working out and training with Vered. It hasn’t been easy but it’s certainly worth all the hard work, pain and sweat that we both have put in. I’m not the easiest person to handle, but Vered does a very good job keeping me line! I look forward to our training sessions because we laugh pretty much the entire time! She thinks I’m funny which is cool.
I thank you Vered from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and are continuously doing for me! You are one of a kind and whoever you cross paths with are very lucky.

Vered, you are an incredible person and trainer! I have never come across someone as passionate, fearless and dedicated to their work as you are. You love what you do and it shows in all your work, classes, training….Thank you for being such an inspiration, a great motivator, always pushing us to our physical limits, in a very fun, encouraging atmosphere. You did a great job tailoring work-outs to my personal goals, working on weak areas, and setting up my at-home personal work-out and stretching program. If I performed so well in the last marathons I ran is only because you trained me physically and psychologically ! Physically, because you are a strong promoter of proper nutrition, cross-training and workout variations (despite my groans of dismay at times, I really enjoy being thrown new exercises or twists on existing exercises that really work the muscles in different, great ways). Phsychologically, for feeling so mentally energized after every zumba class with you, the frenetic energy coursing through your veins creating a sense of liberation, a form of relaxation or release – a way to combat stress and unwind, let off steam!

But you have to understand something Vered, I have NEVER been so inspired, so driven, and so motivating into anything physical before. Never loved dance classes, never liked step class, never did more than one session of belly dancing, never went to a gym for more than two months at a time (though I payed annual memberships!), never loved swimming, never did a sport... Nothing! So if the universe has brought you to me and you provide me with so much energy, intensity, self-love, patience, appreciation, health and wellbeing, then I'm going to take it and keep wanting more! I love that i missed you so much. I love that i can do two zumba classes in one day and still wake up the next morning to train. I love all the compliments i get from friends and family. I love how much my husband notices and the extra spark that working out has brought to our relationship. There will be no disappointments, and I am comfortable enough to tell you if there is something that I don't like. So if the food change becomes too difficult, I'll tell you about it and I'm sure you'll find other OPTIONS for me.

After too many years of sitting in front of a computer and not moving my body enough, I luckily met Vered. We met at a time when I was going through significant life changing decisions and the time we spent together helped me sort out my priorities physically and emotionally. My body has never been stronger, stood straighter or had more energy. We dance ( Zumba!), we train ( pumping iron) and we have fun!! Vered's knowledge of the physical body is helpful and brilliant and she provides me with tips and suggestions to get through my hectic schedule.
